This coffee originates in the mountains of the North of Guatemala, at the border with Mexico where the warm winds blowing in the region mitigate the cold typical of that altitude, thus producing one of the world's most prestigious single origin coffees. The aroma is very rich, with full-bodiness and acidity accenting each other in a perfect balance. The flavour is intense with distinct notes of exotic fruit, caramel and chocolate.

This Arabica coffee grows in the mountains of Costa Rica, at 1200-1700 metres above sea level. The altitude and the richness of the volcanic soil produce one of the world's best coffees. Its aroma is soft and delicate with the perfect combination of acidity and sweetness, body and bitterness. Sweet notes of caramel and roasted chocolate and citrus fruit highlight the aroma.
